When visiting our third-party “Jane” app to book your appointments, you are registering on that site to receive chiropractic bookings (“appointments”), information related to that appointment, and opportunity to get information via email. As appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or other details to help you with your experience.

We collect information from you when you register, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form or enter information on our site or provide us feedback on our services.

- Process bookings, and ICBC claims or other billings where appropriate, and to send information and updates pertaining to these matters to you and/or only the relevant third-parties.
- Send you additional information related to your care and appointments.
- Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred.
To be in accordance with CANSPAM, CASL and GDPR policies, we agree to the following:
- Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
- Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters
- Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.
